The New York Knicks were hit with even more bad news as they have found out that Amar'e Stoudemire will be sidelined for at least four weeks. Stoudemire traveled to Miami today to get a second look on his back, but sources close to the situation say the best case scenario is that Stoudemire comes back in four weeks.
Stoudemire has a bulging disc in his back and things do not look good for the All-Star. The Knicks are already without Carmelo Anthony and it seems like the team will be without three starters in their next game.
Jeremy Lin is also dealing with injuries and the team will be completely depleted next time around.
This is horrible news for the front office as the Playoffs are set to begin in a month. The team had to deal with an injured Stoudemire in the post-season last year and it seems as though they will have to go through some games without him again.
