Baron Davis Joins the New York Knicks

According to Marc Stein of ESPN,  Baron Davis heading to the Knicks even though he has been diagnosed with a herniated disc and is expected to miss 8 weeks.

Davis has just come off the waiver wires after the Cleveland Cavaliers exercised their Amnesty Clause on him and the teams in the running for Davis' services were the Lakers, Heat and the Knicks.

As we saw in Golden State, Baron can definitely lead a high octane offense and with the front court of Melo, Tyson and Amare, it looks like New York is going to have it's own version of Lob City.

The question now is who is going to be the bigger hipster: Amare vs. Baron
