New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire is looking forward to great things this post-season. Forget simply making it to the playoffs, Stoudemire is looking to bring the Knicks to the NBA Finals.
With Game 1 of Round 1 versus the Boston Celtics on Sunday, the Knicks are gearing up for a tough yet exciting series. Although the Celtics are the heavy favorite, the Knicks still believe they can pull off the upset. And in order to meet Stoudemire's goal of reaching the Finals, the Knicks have to beat not only the Celtics, but also the Bulls and Heat.
Stoudemire recently told reporters that his ankle is "100 percent" and that it will not bother him come game-time. With Stoudemire health and the Celtics losing big men to injury, a first-round upset could be possible.
