The Houston Rockets and restricted free-agent Jeremy Lin have agreed on an offer sheet for four years worth $30 million. The Knicks could not acquire Steve Nash this off-season, but they did sign Jason Kidd. However, their main priority has always been the Harvard graduate.

The Knicks will have three days to match the Rockets' offer once free-agents are able to sign with new teams, July 11. Everyone expects the Knicks to match this offer from the Rockets, but if they cannot, New York will make an effort to acquire Raymond Felton.
