New York Knicks second year player Iman Shumpert is currently sidelined due to a knee injury and the team is greatly anticipating his return. Shumpert was one of the Knicks' best perimeter defenders last season and he proved that he can be a reliable player to the coaching staff.
At this point of the season, the Knicks are the best team in the Eastern Conference with a 14-4 record and many expect the team to get better once Shumpert returns. In the meantime, the explosive guard is looking to explore other skills and his release of the "Knicks Anthem" proves that he may have a career outside basketball.
