A documentary following New York Knicks guard Jeremy Lin is currently in the making. Lin is obviously the subject of the film and the story is being pitched to distributors in Hollywood by agency CAA.
The movie will focus on Lin's incredible story and his emergence as a global NBA star. Lin was not recruited by major D1 schools, but he ended up at Harvard and eventually found his way to the professional league. The documentary will also touch on Lin's strong Christian faith.
The Lin documentary is being directed by Evan Jackson Leong, a friend of Lin and an experienced director. At this point, neither the title of the film nor the release date have been released.
