The New York Knicks' 2012-13 season schedule has been announced, and unlike last season, fans will get to see the usual 82 games. The Knicks are poised for a very successful season and there is no reason why this team should not go further in the 2013 Playoffs than they did in 2012.
The talent on this roster is quite amazing and New York will be a very difficult team to beat. Luckily for the coaching staff, it will have plenty of time trying to get this talent to work together. With a full training camp and regular scheduled season, the Knicks will make a strong push for the Atlantic Division title.

Nash was someone who the Knicks targeted, but he chose the franchise with 16 titles instead. New York City has a plethora of Lakers fans, so the stadium will certainly be electric.
Dec. 17- vs. Houston Rockets- "Linsanity" returns. Jeremy Lin took over the sports world last season with his miracle run with the Knicks and it was something no one will ever forget. The Knicks, however, did not match the Rockets' offer for Lin and as a result he headed to Houston. This will be the lone visit for Lin to the Garden and will be sight to see.
Dec. 19- vs. Brooklyn Nets- The Knicks will visit the Barclays Center to open their season, and they wil get their chance to host the Nets in December. With their history and long standing tradition, the Knicks will always be New York's team and this will be their chance to prove it. Madison Square Garden is the symbol of New York basketball, and the Knicks will get their first chance to show their new rivals just that.
Dec. 25- @ Los Angeles Lakers- It's the battle of the two biggest markets in the USA on the biggest holiday for the nation. The Knicks will head down to Southern California for a showdown with the Lakers on Christmas. Hollywood is use to hosting stars, and there will be a handful of them in Staples Center on this holiday.
