Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal decided to retire from the NBA, and he announced his plans earlier today via Twitter. O'Neal is currently ranked fifth on the NBA's all-time leading scorers list, and was named to 15 All-Star teams in the 19-season career.
Shaq won four NBA championship rings and was rewarded with the Finals MVP for three of them. The NBA will surely miss the big men, as he was both a dominating player on the court and an entertainer off the court.
